" Partis Way is located on the edge of Weston Village in the World Heritage City of Bath, which offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops and cultural opportunities including the Bath Spa, the Theatre Royal, Pump Rooms and the Abbey amongst others.

The property is accessible to the shops and local amenities in Weston Village including: supermarket, newsagent, grocers, and a chemist amongst others. Local schools include: Weston All Saints Primary School, St Mary's Primary school, Oldfield School, Kingswood School and the Royal High, whilst King Edwards is a 10 minute drive away.

For those that need to commute, this property has easy access to the A4 to Bristol and M4 Motorway at junction 18.

Accommodation

On the ground floor the house offers a living room, dining room, kitchen and cloakroom. There are two further bedrooms; a pleasant single to the front and another large double to the rear of the house. The second double bedroom also includes a large fitted wardrobe.

The family bathroom includes a modern white suite. There is also a well equipped airing cupboard, with shelving and the water tank. The loft is partially boarded and insulated with a drop down ladder offering considerable storage space. 

Outside at the front of the property the country cobble style driveway had been recently laid and provides ample space for parking cars. There is also a planting border tucked behind the front wall. The garden wraps round the house on the other two sides and provides lawn space at the side and the rear of the property.  There is also elevated decking at the back of the house which can be accessed via the sliding doors from the dining room and through the back from the kitchen.
