" This detached family house with its south facing rear garden offers great potential to update or extend. The property is offered with no onward chain and due to the popularity of this location, there is likely to be a great deal of interest in it. The open plan frontage is lawned with drive to the garage and a path to the porched front door which opens to the hall. Stairs ascend to the first floor and a door opens to the sitting room with fireplace and connecting door to the dining room. To the rear of the sitting room is a uPVC conservatory taking full advantage of the southerly aspect and with a door to the garden.
