This beautiful, fully furnished house is ideal for young professionals, boasting a huge fitted kitchen with all mod cons, a very large master bedroom with super king size bed, nice gardens front and back, rear parking and superb location near to Olton Train Station (3 minutes to Solihull, 9 minutes to Birmingham Centre). It's our house so there will be no agency fees or other problems that go with professional landlords and agencies. However, it will only be available for 6 months after which we will move back in. Light and airy, it is finished with stone tiles in the kitchen, a cosy carpet in the master bedroom and wooden flooring elsewhere. We bought the house just 3 months ago and have put mostly new furniture in and redecorated it. The second bedroom is furnished with a desk and futon which transforms into a large double, although we can put in a double bed if required.

Great location; it has a suburban feel with two public parks just 5 minutes walk away and yet minutes from the M42 and therefore the south-east. There are also lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A little further, in Solihull town centre, is the Touchwood development with acres of upmarket shops and restaurants.

One metre deep built in wardrobes in the master bedroom.
