" Situated on the hugely popular Kings Park development just off King Harry Lane on the southern edge of the city centre, this well proportioned town house offers 1725 sq. ft. of well balanced accommodation arranged over three floors. Kings Park is an award winning development, located on the south side of St Albans providing very good access to the M25 at junction 21A and the M1 at junction 6. There is also access from the Abbey Station from which trains go to Watford Junction where there is the fast train into Euston station (approx 20 mins).
