" A five bedroom, five bathroom family house with spacious, open-plan living accommodation on highly desirable New House Park. The property has been extended and refurbished and additionally comprises kitchen, open plan living room/dining room, utility room, conservatory, guest WC, and second reception room on the first floor. A separate annexe boasts the fifth bedroom and en-suite with private kitchen/living room. The house sits on a well sized plot with a driveway for a number of cars and a fabulous rear garden which is beautifully maintained.New House Park lies to the south of St Albans, off London Road, and is a sought after location given its proximity to the City centre and St Albans mainline station which are both within walking distance.
