" Forget-Me-Not Cottage is a serene, tranquil fisherman's cottage built in the 1890's with impressive sea views over the Moray Firth from all rooms at the front of the house. Based in the heart of the village of Portessie - where dolphins are seen on a regular basis and the seals are plentiful all year round. There is a seal breeding island nearby and you can hear seals calling to each other of an evening. Shopping is in nearby Buckie where there are rows and rows of shops with a large Tesco having recently been built. The village school is 5 minutes walking distance and the local Academy is approximately 2 miles away. Perfect for a first time buyer - young family - through to a retirement cottage - or as a holiday home/let. The main shopping town is Elgin some 20 minutes away.

A beautiful 4 bedroom detached cottage in fabulous condition having been renovated to a high specification. Double glazed throughout - with a new gas central heating system. The flat roof over the kitchen was replaced in 2014 with a Firestone rubber roof.
