HouseSimple is pleased to present this 4 bedroom detached property near Keith in the village of Newmill.  The house is approxiamately 50 miles from Aberdeen and 55 miles from Inverness.  In the village of Newmill there is a small well stocked shop with a part-time post office, a pub, a garage which can do MOT's, a large park with swings etc and a chinese takeway.  The village also has a primary school which is a very short walk from the house and the secondary school is located in Keith about 2 miles away.  There is also a village hall which has a nursery.  The Keith train station is about 2 miles away which is on the Inverness/Aberdeen line.  Newmill is a friendly village.

In nearby Keith there is an 18 hole golf course, public swimming pool and gym.  Keith is also part of the Speyside malt whisky trail, being home to Strathisla Distillery which has a visitor centre.

A short drive away will take you to the coast which boasts family friendly beach areas such as Sandend which is popular for surfing (15 miles).
