The whole flat has been recently painted and decorated and new floor coverings laid and modern appliances fitted. In addition, new wooden doors and skirtings have also been fitted to compliment the refurbishment. This is a great sized lounge with a bay window allowing in plenty of natural light and providing a great space for a dining table and 4 chairs. All the fittings and furnishings are in great condition and there is a very homely feel to this property.
