We have really enjoyed living here for many years. It is a very peaceful environment tucked away in a small cul de sac, yet very close to the station & the hustle and bustle of Sydenham high street with its range of bistro s, cafes and restaurants. It is a very friendly place with lovely neighbours. We converted the loft which has created a very large, dual aspect bedroom with far reaching views. It is a very comfortable house and we hope the new owners will enjoy it here as much as we have. "
