A note from the owner

I poured love into creating a calm, spa like home that balances functionality with comfort, and was so happy living here, so I am really sad to be selling it however my circumstances have changed and it s time for new owners to enjoy it.
The location of this apartment is perfect so close to the station, shops and beach, but set back from the hustle and bustle which make it quiet and calm. The building is beautiful too, it s recently been repainted on the outside, is well maintained and has lovely neighbours who I ll miss.

One thing I wish I d done is restore the beautiful original floorboards that the flat has which are hiding under the current laminate, however I didn t have time to do this so hopefully the next owners will be able to do this and enjoy the history of them!
