Set in a highly desirable location, it is a short walk from Reigate station and town centre with a local church and an excellent mix of cafes, restaurants, shops and Priory Park. Offered with no onward chain. Testimonial from the owners family Mum really loved her flat and her little patch of the flowerbeds. She would often be out gardening and filling up her little bird bath. Being in Reigate made her so happy, especially being so close to the town, train station and Priory Park. Somers Place really was the ideal place for her retirement. Totally independent living but with the support of the on site estate manager when needed.
