My mother and her parents moved to this house back in 1940 when she was a young child, having relocated from the North East. It has remained in our family since then and has been a very happy home for 3 generations.

It has been a hard decision to finally put our home up for sale but we do have many wonderful memories of our time here to take with us.

We are looking to retire to Cornwall which was my father s home county. He was a very proud Cornishman who made this house and Solihull his adopted home.

We hope the next family will be as happy here as we have been.
