Description

A charming three bedroom cottage, positioned in an idyllic elevated location with beautiful views over the Hambleden Valley, in need of renovation and modernisation.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty AONB and perched on the edge of the Hambleden Valley, within the Pheasants Hill conservation area. The property enjoys access to stunning walks and the amenities of the picturesque village of Hambleden. The cottage features a pretty brick and flint exterior, complemented by a delightful front garden.

There is space for a breakfast table and chairs. Off the kitchen, there is a storage cupboard and a cloakroom. The kitchen leads into the inner hall, where access under the stairs leads to a basement located beneath the kitchen. At the front of the house is the sitting room, which features an open fireplace and enjoys views over the Hambleden Valley via a bay window and two further sets of windows.

Stairs rise from the hallway to the first floor, where there are three double bedrooms, all with built in storage and countryside views. A family bathroom completes the first floor.
