This property has a special place in the hearts of our sellers as it was part of their home for many years before it was converted into a stand alone dwelling around half a dozen years ago. Since then it has been home to their children and grandchildren and has been the perfect place to raise a young family. They tell us that the area is really quiet, with friendly neighbours and a well established sense of community here. There are lots of young families that live locally, making the most of the easy walk to Hayesdown School, Selwood Academy and Frome College. The house itself has big rooms, especially the lounge and first bedroom, and that there is lots of storage space including under stair, built in and fitted cupboards, and loft space. The garden is great too, it feels very private and it is just the right size to offer somewhere to cultivate a plant or two, or simply spend family time together. The long driveway can house two smaller cars, however for those communing to Frome Town centre or into Bath City Centre the bus stop is just a few hundred meters away.
