"An original Peckforton estate cottage set in a plot of 0.35 acre at the far end of Sadlers Wells in Bunbury, offering outstanding potential to renovate or replace, subject to relevant planning consent.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
The principal benefit of this amazingly positioned house within Bunbury village is that is totally private and secluded, so much so that unless you read my directions, you will be unlikely to find it!
Nestled at the serene and little known end of the Sadlers Wells, the approach to the house adjoins woodland and feels totally rural, yet is within walking distance of the heart of Bunbury Village. The plot extends to 0.35 acre and the fields adjoining belong to the Peckforton Estate. The cottage was originally owned by the estate before being purchase by the family of the present owner many years ago.
When you arrive, you will discover lies truly captivating detached cottage, that is small in stature but brimming with character and undeniable charm. The house is very basic and would not be mortgageable in its present condition.
This property is an exceptional opportunity for discerning buyers seeking a complete renovation project or even subject to planning a site to demolish the existing and build a new house. This is opportunity is an open canvas for your long term vision.
