On the first floor there are two double bedrooms bedrooms. The principal bedroom is a good size and has the benefit of covered wardrobe space. The second bedroom is a small double room. The shower room is smart and comprises a good size shower, WC, and vanity unit.

OUTSIDE
The pretty, south facing garden is fully enclosed and partially walled. Nearest the cottage is a patio dining area with stepping stones leading down through gravel to a summerhouse at the end. There is also an area of lawn alongside the path with a planted border adjoining the drive. There is a tall pedestrian gate providing access to the garden from the front of the property. The stone outbuilding is also at the front, alongside the kitchen. To the rear of the garden is the off road parking area.
