As soon as we saw Cavendish Park, we knew we had to move here from the amazing development design with its lovely green space to the impressive build quality. We have loved our time at Cammell Close, and will miss morning coffees looking out of the kitchen bay window to the beautiful oak tree, the super spacious lounge, and the general warmth and inviting feeling of the property. A couple of years ago, we also enjoyed redecorating and upgrading the flooring throughout.
We have been incredibly lucky to have made wonderful friends in our neighbours. There is a real sense of community here, and even a residents WhatsApp group. The location has been perfect, with easy access to the train station for commuting to work, and we love all the offerings of Wokingham town great shops, restaurants, the Everyman cinema, and the recently revamped leisure centre. We will be incredibly sad to leave, but know the next buyers will love the property and surrounds as much as we do.

We love Cavendish Park and honestly what more can be said that the seller hasn t already? This house is stunning and is positioned nicely at the end of the development. The development s proximity to local schools is just perfect for families looking to move, it s equally just under a 1 mile walk from the train station for those that need to get the train into Reading or London. The house is stunning, you will need to come and see it for yourself to appreciate just how amazing it is.

Cavendish Park is a small development to the west of Wokingham built by Bewley Homes in the mid 2010s. Wokingham train station is under a mile away and the popular Ye Olde Leathern Bottel pub is just across the road. Outstanding schools such as Evendons Primary School are nearby and green space surrounds the development for a run or a dog walk.
