We bought this home as a brand new build back in 2014 and have loved living here since. For us the location of the house on the development has been really special, tucked back from the road it gives us privacy and a safe space for the kids to play out! We have benefitted from local schools within walking distance, along with a SANG and some excellent pubs. It s also great for commuting with the motorway and train station nearby. A few years ago and as the family grew, we added a conservatory and a loft conversion which has given us valuable space and storage. Whilst we will be sad to leave this house, we know its new owners will be very happy here.
