Constructed in 2020, this unique rural home, has been designed for adaptable family living with plenty of entertaining space, and to make the most of its glorious rural views. The exterior of the building has been designed for a low maintenance quality feel, with aluminium frame windows and doors, a metal standing seam roof and cedar clad elevations. Converted from a modern steel framed farm building, within the Class Q permitted development guidance, this unique two storey home features large expanses of glass and tall ceilings within the main living space, bathing the interior with natural light, whilst framing the expansive views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.

The accommodation extends to about 3,663 sq ft, with the ground floor comprising a wonderful open plan kitchen and living space, a study, snug sitting area, a double bedroom suite, laundry, utility boot room with WC, and a cloakroom. On the first floor there is a principal bedroom suite with extensive fitted cupboards and a spacious en suite bathroom, two guest bedrooms which chare a family bathroom, an airing cupboard and substantial under eaves storage area.

Outside, paved terraces surround the building, accessible via bi folding doors from the kitchen and living areas, leading on to the extensive landscaped gardens. The house and buildings are approached via a private drive, shared with one neighbour, which leads to a gravelled parking and turning area to the house, there is also a substantial garage and workshop building. Further to the east, the driveway leads on to a substantial agricultural building, suitable for a variety of different uses, including an American style barn for stabling. There is also a workshop area with electric roller door and a further secure storage area within. A gravelled yard to the side and rear, provide plenty of yard space for machinery and vehicles.

The land offers six well fenced pasture paddocks to the north, south and east of the buildings, with a pond beside the house and a two areas of recently planted trees and hedges. In all, the property extends to about 21.2 acres, enjoying a great deal of privacy and splendid views over the surrounding area.
