We have lived in the property for 25 years and have been very happy bringing our two boys up in this quiet convenient location. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood with great schools, walks and a thriving high street all within walking distance.
It is a spacious light filled family home and has a lovely quiet, sunny, private garden. To see a for sale board in this part of Butler Road is quite rare.

It always says a lot about a house and it s location when it hasn t been on the market for over 25 years, as our sellers have perfectly summed this is an excellent location and neighbourhood. If you are looking for a well looked after, three bedroom home, then this is not one to miss out on.

At the front of this home you have a bright and airy entrance hall with a new front door which leads around to the right into a lovely lounge and dining space. What we love about this room is how light it is with the huge window at the front. You ve also got the double doors that lead onto conservatory which we think is a perfect extra entertaining room and again with lots of natural light pouring through.

To the back, you will find the refitted kitchen which has been done to a great standard with Bosch appliances such as your dishwasher, fridge freezer and five right gas hob. It s worth noting that the boiler has been recently replaced.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The master bedroom is at the front and is one of our personal favourite rooms in this house, not only is it a fantastic size but it also has a huge window letting in plenty of natural light. The third bedroom is a good size single with built in storage. The bathroom just across the landing but has been fitted with a superb finish, taking out the bath and replacing with a walk in shower. As you can see the toilet is separate but could easily be knocked through to create a larger bathroom if needed.

The rear garden is a great size and very private as you can see. Whilst to the front you have ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles and the garage as we ve mentioned. Whilst the house is ready to move into, it does offer great potential to extend and add value meaning this could be a longer term family home for someone looking to turn it into a four bedroom home by either extending over the garage or into the loft which is already boarded. Butler Road is a superb location sitting between Ellis and Greenwood Road. The home sits less than a 5 minute walk from a parade of shops on Greenwood Road that includes a Tesco, hair salon, an Indian restaurant and a couple of other independent businesses. Further on from there and around a 15 minute walk you have the main Crowthorne High Street with two supermarkets and loads of other amenities. If you re looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you ve got some great choices, just a short 5 minute walk in one direction to Heath Lake Park with its fantastic wildlife, and in the other you have Bigshotte Park with plenty of open green space to enjoy. If you re commuting, Crowthorne train station is just a 25 minute walk away whilst still being within easy reach of both the M3 and M4 motorways. This home falls under many of Crowthorne s local school catchments including the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School but also is just a few minutes walk from Oaklands Primary School.
