We have loved living here for the past 28 years. We took pride in making the house into a comfortable and modern home. Our two children grew up here and enjoyed many hours in the large garden with more than enough room to play and relax in the peaceful environment. The estate also has a communal green area where children can play safely. There is no through road on the estate, so traffic is minimal. There are a number of good primary schools within easy reach, and access to public and secondary school transport is nearby. As a former NHS employee, I found the proximity to Burnley General a great advantage. I am sure whoever purchases this home will have many happy years living there.
