THE SITUATION

From Exeter take the M5 North until junction 27 for Barnstaple Tiverton Wellington. At the roundabout take the first exit onto the A361 and continue along this road for approximately 35 miles. Once you have gone past Barnstaple take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A39, then at the next roundabout take the fourth exit onto the A3125. After half a mile take the first exit onto Bickington Road, follow on for about a mile and half and the property will be on the right.
