The Owners Love The current owners have loved the real sense of space for us to really spread out. It is a deceptively spacious house for a two bed . They have also found the position of the house to be nice with being set back and a having pleasant outlooks to the front and rear gardens. Their favourite feature is the kitchen, which they upgraded in 2019. They will mostly miss the pavilion in the garden, which has been amazing for hosting family and friends all year round!

Upstairs, there are doors to the two large double bedrooms and a shower room. The master bedroom is an excellent size with a window to front aspect overlooking the front garden and with a built in wardrobe. The second bedroom is again a good size double, with an outlook over the rear garden. The shower room is fitted with a three piece suite including WC, washbasin, and a large shower cubicle.

George Loves I was really impressed with the space this house has to offer! It is very deceptive from outside as there is very good sized living space inside as well as occupying a nice size plot. The kitchen diner is also very impressive with lots of space and a lovely outlook to the garden.

Outside, to the front of the property there is a garden, which is laid predominantly to lawn and enclosed by timber fencing. To the rear, the garden is made up of a variety of areas. Initially, there is a concrete hardstanding area, leading up to the lawn. At the bottom of the garden is a shed and brick outhouse, with a gate, which leads out to the parking area behind the house. The main feature of the garden is the pavilion, perfect for alfresco dining or entertaining!
