The site is located to the north of Codsall Village in South Staffordshire.

The site is approximately 5 miles from Wolverhampton city centre and 9 miles from Stafford.


DESCRIPTION

The site comprises a roughly rectangular shaped parcel of gently sloping pasture land to the north of Gunstone Lane. There are a number of mature trees and hedgerows along the boundary of the site.

The site is close to the northern edge of the built up area of Codsall. Open countryside is found on all sides although the western edge abuts the village allotments.

The site is currently vacant land and has previously been used as grazing land for cattle. There is a right of way providing access to the land leading off Gunstone Lane, this also crosses the site.
