From London take J9 of the M25 and proceed along the A24 towards Dorking. After the fourth roundabout the road becomes a dual carriageway and after approximately 1.5 miles turn left into the Old London Road the B2099 signposted to Mickleham . Continue along this road passing Box Hill School on the right hand side and the Running Horses pub. After about 0.7 miles the road bends to the right, and the electric wrought iron entrance gates to Fredley Manor will be seen on the right hand side."
