George Loves I love the style of this house and the way the layout works. It s a real box ticker! The sellers have made the most of it by creating the utility study and it s a really practical house that surely will appeal to a variety of buyers. I think it would be perfect for a young family to enjoy the garden and play area at the end of the road .

Outside, to the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden, with side gated access. Initially, there is a patio area, which leads onto an area of lawn with timber fenced borders.
