Seller s View
"We ve thoroughly enjoyed living in this spacious and welcoming apartment. From the moment we moved in, we ve always felt very safe and appreciated the peace and quiet of the surrounding roads. One of the things we love most is the lovely green space our home overlooks, including a popular children s play park that brings a real sense of community to the area.
The location has been perfect for us. Highwood Nature Reserve is just at the end of the road, offering beautiful woodland walks that lead to Southlake and one of our favourite spots the Waterside pub, which is especially lovely for an evening stroll in the summer.
For convenience, the bus stop is only about 50 metres away with regular service into Reading town centre. We ve also really enjoyed the short walk into Woodley precinct, where there s a great selection of shops and coffee spots to choose from.
We ll be sad to leave, but we re sure the next owners will love living here just as much as we have."
