"This attractive mid terrace cottage lies in the rural village of Moorsholm, just outside the boundary of the North York Moors National Park. This is a position within easy commuting of Guisborough and Teesside, but also convenient for the moors and coast.

The Kitchen lies to the rear and has a window facing into the rear yard. Space has been left for a refrigerator and an automatic wash machine. This room also houses the modern gas combi central heating boiler. First Floor

The staircase from the living room rises to a landing where doors open to both bedrooms and the bathroom, and a hatch in the ceiling with a drop down aluminium ladder offers access to a useful loft room.

The master bedroom lies on the front of the house facing south and west. It is a good sized double room with views onto the sports field and beyond to the moors. It has a range of built in wardrobes and cupboards which leave space for a dressing table.

The second bedroom is a longer narrower shape and is a generous single size, but can accommodate a three quarter size bed, as it does now. It has attractive views looking back over the village and also has a built in storage.

The bathroom has been updated with a modern white suite including a panel bath with an electric shower fitting, pedestal wash basin and WC. A window faces to the rear.

The loft room is not a bedroom but has been used by the owners for occasional bedroom use.

It is a really useful space having a roof light window to the front, heating, light and power and is carpeted but has low ceiling height and hatches to eaves storage spaces.

Outside

To the front of the cottage is a pretty, enclosed garden with a paved patio area immediately in front of the house which catches the afternoon sun, facing west. Beyond this is a small lawn and the garden is enclosed by a stone garden wall and fences.

To the rear of the cottage is a shared concrete yard with a useful brick storage outbuilding 13 7 x 4 7 internal which has a corrugate polythene roof and a coal bunker. There is access to the back yard via a path around the end of the terrace.
