Outside, the property is approached through double wooden gates which lead to a shingled driveway. To the front of the property is a lawned garden area and a raised red brick patio area. To the side of the property is a purpose built wood store with two storage units and to the rear of the property is a further private garden area, mainly laid to lawn, with a large shed workshop with power and a rear sandstone paving patio.
