Seller s Comment
When I was asked if I would like to view my house, I didn t think it was going to be for me but decided to view it as a comparison.
I fell in love with the calmness and flow and bought it the same day!
What I love most about my house is the sunny mornings in the lounge, coffee on the bottom patio in the mornings, sunny evenings on the patio by the house, cosy winter nights with the fire lit, feeling like I am in a semi rural area even in the heart of Tilehurst.
I love listening to the owls at night and watching the buzzard sitting in the big trees at the back. My favourite space is the kitchen dining area, which opens out to the patio for sunny days and fire pit nights in the garden. I also love having a bath in my ensuite, a real haven of calm, just for me.
