Working and living in Maidenhead for the last 15 years, I was drawn to this property for many reasons. The balance of a quiet area with great amenities and amazing links to London, the M4 and M40 close by were important in my decision to build a family home here. The friendly neighbours and ample parking on street, as well as private parking spaces on the drive and in front of the garage were a huge added bonus!


The house required major renovation and modernisation when I purchased, which is exactly what I was looking for. Being in the building trade myself, I was able to completely update this late 80 s property. In the 5 years I have lived here, the house has been fitted with new windows and doors, and a new boiler and fuse board. The house has been finished to a high standard with a bright feel making it the perfect house to relax or host in!


The low maintenance garden with porcelain patio, artificial grass, hot and cold outdoor taps as well as multiple electricity points allow the outside space to be enjoyed with zero fuss so crucial on those relaxing weekends after a busy week!


While I have loved living here, it is time for us to move on to a new project and plan for our future. We hope to pass our beautiful family home onto a new set of owners who will make just as many memories here and love it just as much as we have.
