A separate staircase leads to four further Bedrooms, a Dressing Room and Family Bathroom.

To the rear a brick terrace comes out from the Conservatory overlooking the tiered lawn with various built in stone and brick steps and beech hedging. Round the side is a deep well. There are many fine trees including mature beech and maple and a glorious array of flowering shrubs including magnolia, camelia, rhododendron, viburnum and red maple.

On the western side lies a large Nissen Hut, during the war an Officers Mess and more recently for the Owners children, when young, a pony refuge, offering potential for various uses and a small orchard.
