The courtyard benefits from sunshine all day & overlooks the parish green which is used for short periods of time by happy children using the facilities. I love watching the wildlife from my office balcony in summer, it s like having an extension of my garden without the maintenance & is great when friends with children vist, we can keep an eye on them from the kitchen & enjoy adult time while they play.

The dog walks around the village are extensive, you can walk for miles, I will miss that!
