Description

"Enjoying panoramic sea views from all principal rooms, garden and patio, this is a well proportioned split level three bedroom home.

The home benefits from a good sized corner plot with gardens to the front and rear. An oversized detached garage with a double driveway provides plenty of off street parking.

Steps lead up to a lawned garden which is bordered with a number of mature plants including camellias and rhododendrons. There are sea views from the garden and ground floor windows.

To the side of the house is a patio area above the garage. This is a fantastic spot for dining al fresco as it is fenced and secluded from the neighbours while providing a great view of St. Ives Bay over to The Towans, Gwithian and Godrevy Point.

Following the path to the rear of the house the mature specimen plants abound. A newly re built summer house would make an ideal studio, home office or potting shed.

Entering the home at the middle level to the rear there is one of the three double bedrooms, while stairs lead down to the master bedroom and a second double both with good sea views. There is a family bathroom and utility room on this floor as well.

Upstairs there is a large sitting dining room with superb views. A small sun room adjoins the sitting room and is a lovely spot to read a book in the sunshine or take in the view.

To the side of the house is the kitchen which has a range of base and wall mounted white gloss cabinets. Two large picture windows to the north and east both offer sea views. There is a built in double oven, electric hob with extractor over, space for an under counter fridge and dishwasher and a stainless steel sink.

This is an interesting property with real potential for the right buyer. With it s elevated corner position and wonderful sea views it offers plenty of scope for expansion and or modernisation if desired.
