When we bought this house, the location was the biggest factor. We wanted safe, walkable routes to excellent schools, open play areas for family bike rides and walks, and the incredible Farnham Park just two minutes away, perfect for outdoor walks, bike rides, blackberry picking and kids play parks. The ease of driving in and out of Farnham while avoiding town centre traffic was another huge plus.
We also wanted a safe, low traffic cul de sac where our young boys could play freely. The house itself was ideal for us, especially the spacious downstairs layout. We love hosting, and the large dining room and kitchen made family gatherings effortless. The peaceful garden, with beautiful trees that look stunning in the summer, has been a true retreat.
This home has been perfect for our family, and we hope the next owners love it as much as we have.

If ever there was a home that suits a growing family, it s this one! The downstairs space is both large and flexible to adjust to how you need to use it, while also having a great sized rear garden with a secret play park just behind it too. This is one to absolutely come an have a look at for yourselves!

Nestled in one of the most popular areas of Surrey is Farnham; a historic town with modern convenience. A lovely town centre with a great range of shops, cafe s, pubs and restaurants, an abundance of open green space including the beautiful Farnham Park too. For the commuters, you can get to London Waterloo in under an hour, and the M3 & A3 are not too far away either.
