"Offering exceptional value for money and providing extended, spacious and impressive accommodation, a superb detached bungalow with private garden, driveway parking and no ongoing chain.
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
This fully detached bungalow has been substantially extended and offers fantastic accommodation that is suitable for growing families, professional couples who enjoy entertaining or those seeking a luxurious downsize. In total it extends to 1312 square feet with this figure including the garage utility. It should also be noted that fibre broadband to the premises is available.
Not only is the space on offer very substantial, it is also very well designed, with the layout being ideal for modern day family life. I love the large open plan dining kitchen, living room with feature fireplace and wood burning stove in addition to the main bedroom having a stylish en suite wet room.
The garden is private and manageable with both lawn and a decking area, whilst to the front there is a good size driveway.
Ashton Hayes is a village with a rightfully excellent reputation and is also on the up with much recent investment. The Golden Lion pub is presently undergoing refurbishment, the community run village store is thriving, the Church has been re ordered and the children s play area with community room a real focus. Put it all together and it s a super combination.
All village amenities are within walking distance yet the bungalow is also peaceful and private.
