"A really substantial and impressive four bedroom, three bathroom, five reception room extended detached house with detached double garage, ample parking and a first class central village location
Comment from Robert Reed of Gascoigne Halman
When I was growing up I loved watching Catchphrase with Roy Walker who often used the phrase SAY WHAT YOU SEE. Well, with no recorded sales in this super village centre cul de sac for eleven years, what I see here is a very rare and special buying opportunity! It really is a super spot, being attractively set back from the road and so accordingly quiet, yet also being within a few moments stroll from a highly impressive village convenience store.
This excellent family home has been in the same ownership for 23 years and has been extended substantially, thereby providing very impressive and highly flexible internal space. There are five separate reception rooms, meaning that every conceivable hobby or family configuration can be accommodated. These are in addition to really well proportioned and equipped kitchen and utility room. At first floor level there are four double bedrooms, two en suites and a family bathroom.
This is also a house with strong eco credentials, having an air source heat pump, which is an impressively modern and forward looking investment. Externally the house has very impressive off road parking, with additional space for motorhome behind fence a detached double garage and a beautiful garden that is established and mature. The overall plot is 0.14 acre.
Tarvin has always been popular in my twenty two years of selling houses in the area and this popularity seems to have hit new heights in recent times. This is not a surprise as the village offers a very strong sense of community, excellent walking distance amenities and a great position just five miles from Tarporley and seven miles from Chester.
