Can you tell us the reasons that living here is great for potential buyers and importantly any potential you can see for the
property in terms of improvements or extensions etc
Its a really secluded and quiet location yet its super close to local amenities schools, transport links, and large Asda all within
walking distance. The corner location, means you get more space, particularly the garden. The gardens are relatively low
maintenance but easy enough to transform into your dream garden. The property is a fairly blank canvas, and is ready to go
you could really make this house a home, with minimal effort expense. The addition of the utility room just off the kitchen and a
