From Exeter take the A38 towards Plymouth, take the Chudleigh Knighton, Kingsteignton and Teign Valley exit off the A38 and turn right at the end of the slip road, crossing back over the A38 and then take the right hand turn for Christow Teign Valley on the B3193. Proceed along this road, passing the turning to Trusham and after a short distance turn right signed Tinkley Koi Fish Farm where the entrance to the property can be found over the bridge on the left.
