It s around a five minute walk to the High Street and equally a similar distance to the Portway with it s transport links to the centre via both buses and the train.
There s plenty of open green space nearby as well walks along the River Avon and the Kings Weston Estate and Woodlands.
There s plenty of facilities and amenities in Shirehampton including shops, caf s, schools, a health centre and sports clubs.

We think...

There isn t much to dislike about this property. The living spaces are spacious and have plenty of light, whilst there are 3 generous size double bedrooms.
Having an ensuite and walk in wardrobe to the master bedroom is a real bonus.
With the back garden the same level as the living room, when the 6 folding doors are open these two spaces are perfectly linked and combine really well.
