We ve loved living on Hazel Grove and hope whoever lives here next will enjoy living here as much as we have. The house is ideal for busy people; it s easy to maintain, super cheap and eco friendly to run and we love the easy parking. We ve taken great care of the house including things like paintwork, fixtures and natural wool carpets which have never seen a shoe so it should be ready to move in and add your stamp in your own time. We particularly love how much storage space there is, with built in wardrobes in every bedroom and a partially boarded loft with drop down ladder.

The garden has such potential, with a huge fruiting apple tree in the back and blossoming tree at the front. In the warmer months, we love eating outside on the patio in the evenings or having a picnic on the grass in the afternoon sun.

The property is end of terrace meaning that it enjoys a generous plot. The rear garden faces South East and enjoys sun throughout the day. Sliding doors spill out from the kitchen on to a paved patio, perfect for alfresco dining.
