Higham Hall is located to the edge of the pretty village of Higham on the Hill. The village name means homestead village which is high and lies three miles from both Hinkley and Nuneaton. Amenities in the village are St Peter s Church, and primary school.

The Property
In an idyllic setting, and listed Grade II, Higham Hall in its current form, is understood to have been built in the early 1900 s. Constructed of red brick with sandstone dressings with a plain tile roof, the Hall has continued to be well maintained during the current owner s tenure creating a wonderful country residence.

General Remarks
Outside

The sweeping driveway is flanked by lawned grounds and mature trees. The rear garden enjoys formal lawns, stone flagged pathways, and many mature deciduous and coniferous trees. To the south elevation is a large stone flagged terrace and a mature beech tree. A further electric gated driveway to the west elevation, gives access to a large garage with electric door and access to the side lobby. The landscaped gardens have been well maintained to provide a delightful setting for The Hall. Beyond here meandering pathways extend around the grounds to the various areas of the garden, each part offering its own charm. The parkland abuts the rear garden and has been planted with a selection of deciduous trees.

The former stable block to the hall comprises garaging and storage space with a set of steps leading to a loft space
