We ve loved living in our beautiful apartment in Bryan Gardens for the past 4.5 years, it truly has been a blissful place to call home. We re surrounded by protected woodlands, walking paths and complete peace & quiet. We particularly love the view from our living room and kitchen, as you look out you can see pure greenery and local wildlife such as deer and birds.
We re close to Binfield Village, which is tranquil and a close knit village. It includes a pharmacy, coffee shops and convenience stores. We re also a stones throw away from Bracknell town centre which has all your popular shops, dining spots and public houses. With links to London a short distance away; Wokingham train station & Bracknell train station, weekends and nights in London have been in abundance!
We will always have a soft spot for Bryan Gardens and the peace it has brought us over the years.

The location is excellent as the position truly is the best of both worlds, you have great access to the A329M and M4, Budgens is just across the road for amenities and then a short walk up Murrell Hill Lane will lead you either to Popes Meadow or into Binfield Village which has even more amenities.

This apartment is situated in a brilliant position in the development, the apartment is in a block of only 6 apartments which works really well too. The property is built by Michael Stanley who is well known for high specification builds and Bryan Gardens is no exception. Internally both bedrooms are doubles with built in wardrobes and an ensuite to the master, there is a three piece family bathroom, a large hallway with storage and then the kitchen dining living room. The kitchen is to a shaker style, with quartz worktops and built in appliances. The view from the kitchen window is stunning and the balcony off the living area is also an added bonus.
