"St. Helens is a detached house in a fabulous setting close to Bracklesham Beach and local facilities. The rear garden is wonderfully secluded with wooden panel fencing and mature hedging providing a feeling of privacy. There is a further terrace adjoining the sitting room making a fantastic area of entertaining outside in the warmer months and a good size lawn with a stepping stone path to a detached summerhouse.

Situation

Bracklesham Bay has local amenities and beachside cafes, while the neighbouring village of East Wittering has a parade of shops and a butcher, greengrocer, supermarket, primary school, church, pharmacy and doctors surgery. There are a variety of restaurants and local pubs nearby. A regular bus service runs to the City of Chichester, approximately six miles north, which provides a more comprehensive selection of shopping, recreational and cultural facilities including the world renowned Festival Theatre and Pallant House Gallery. From Chichester there is a main line rail service to London Victoria approximately 90 minutes and the A27 provides access to Brighton to the east and Southampton to the west.
