Description

"A home where every single detail has been so carefully considered, from the well positioned skylights which entice the light to bounce everywhere to the pared back neutral aesthetics which can be enjoyed at every turn.
Stepping into the entrance hall, it is immediately evident that this is an incredibly special home, where subtle design elements such as the panelled walls and period tiled floor accentuates the character features. A cosy and intimate space, the sitting room can be found to the front of the house, where the log burning stove is ready to set the tone for a quiet evening in. Exploring further into the family room and vaulted open plan kitchen, this room is especially impressive, full of natural light radiating through the skylights above and bi folding doors highlighting every individual design detail. Whilst incredibly open plan, the current owners have done a wonderful job in retaining clearly defined areas within this large space, with another log burning stove ready to create a cosy backdrop, the bi folding doors are ready to be sprung open in the warmer months, blurring the inside to outside with the decked terrace and bbq area at your feet. Practicality was clearly a consideration too, with a handy utility area tucked into the corner back to back with the downstairs loo.
Leading upwards, the panelled detailing takes you to the three bedrooms and bathroom which can be found on the first floor. With stylish flourishes still to be found, two of the bedrooms are wonderful double rooms with the third being a pleasant single, all bright rooms full of plenty of light pouring the large windows.
Accentuating the charming porthole stained glass window, the bathroom complete with roll top tub is the ultimate place to hide away within, relaxing in the spa like suite for hours on end. Utilising every inch of space, the loft space has been converted into an additional room, with skylights inviting the light in and storage either side of the eaves.

Outside

Once thought to have been occupied by the hands that physically built the house, this home sits within a plot much larger than the surrounding homes, with the back garden extending round to a large L shape. With bungalows to the rear boundary, the garden is wonderfully private and secluded, making the timber cabin an ideal retreat any time of the day or year.
Leading straight from the bi folding doors, the decked terrace is ready for the party, with dining area complete with pergola over and an outdoor kitchen prepped to go.
To the front, there is no denying this is home with major kerb appeal, with fresh brickwork framing the driveway which offers space to park a number of vehicles off road.

Franks Thoughts...

A home we genuinely did not want to leave after completing our photo shoot! The layout is sublime but the overall flow especially out to the rear garden is the big win for this home, not to mention the finish throughout. A truly stunning package."
