Sellers Comment...
We fell in love with the house at first sight because of its cottagey but roomy feel. There is plenty of sunlight streaming into kitchen in the mornings making for a great start to the day. We mainly use the rear sitting room so we can enjoy the garden at all times. For cosy get togethers, the fire in the front sitting room is so beautiful when lit. Our home seems to the be the hub for all the family gatherings, be that Christmas or Summer.
We have especially enjoyed the private, sheltered, sunny garden. A favourite spot is the seat at the back door in the shade of the wisteria, looking at the trees. When we moved here initially, our son was of primary school age. For children or dog owners, there is even a magical door into the woods at the top of the garden!
The street has great community spirit and we have our own UBR What sApp group of course. We have truly loved living here!
