Shorland Oaks has been the perfect home for us over the last 4 years. We fell in love with the secluded road the first time we drove down it. We searched for our first home for 9 months and this was the first house we saw that ticked every box and more. From the modern kitchen and family bathroom, large main bedroom with ensuite to the huge private garden which has been perfect for entertaining in, we have loved every minute here. The balance of country walks from our doorstep and yet still being close enough to stroll into Bracknell town has been another huge bonus for us. This house has been the perfect first home for us and we are sure it will be the same for its next owners too!

This home is situated at the bottom of Shorland Oaks which is a beautiful cul de sac. From here you can walk down Priory Lane to The Lexicon in just over a mile. Locally you have access to green spaces like Cabbage Hill and Larks Hill. With regarding to schooling the house is a short walk away from two primary schools, Warfield CofE Primary School and Whitegrove Primary School. Additionally the Tesco superstore which also has the library and GP surgery is also very short walk away.

This may just well be the best looking two bedroom home in Warfield on the market at the moment, Shorland Oaks is the very definition of Kerb Appeal . but it isn t just a pretty home, it is also incredibly practical. Firstly the property benefits from both driveway parking and an allocated space so you have somewhere to park both cars. Moving on inside, the kitchen has been refitted and has built in appliances including a dishwasher, the living dining room is well laid out. Upstairs both bedrooms have built in storage, the main bedroom has an ensuite and the bathroom has been refitted. The garden is a brilliant size too, having extra width due to the side access and backing onto trees giving a high degree of privacy.
