We moved to Warfield almost 9 years ago and have never looked back. Seddon Hill is a quiet friendly street, tucked away nicely with the luxury of no traffic noise and lots of nature surrounding us. We often hear the resident owl at night and it s lovely hearing the birds singing in the morning. With so much green space in walking distance there is always something for the kids to do like feed the ducks, play in the park or ride their scooters round cabbage hill. Warfield C of E School is a 10 min walk away so perfect if you have young children. We are hoping to only move a stone s throw away as we love the area.

Quelm Park is a brilliant family development in Warfield, which also features a nature reserve called Piggy Wood. This house is located near Quelm Lane walkway which offers easy access to Braybrooke Park.
The area is ideal for families, with Warfield CofE school just a short walk away, along with the large Tesco site, which offers additional amenities such as the doctor s surgery and a library.

This house ticks so many boxes for those looking for a three bedroom semi, firstly there is a driveway for two cars and a garage with power. Internally you enter into a hallway with a downstairs WC and doors onto the living room. The flow of downstairs works well with the light coming in from both the living room and the dining room. The kitchen has been refitted and offers an ideal storage cupboard underneath the stairs.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom with the main bedroom benefitting from an ensuite shower room.
The garden offers a high degree of privacy and that all in important work from home space with power and air conditioning. The property is offered to the market as part of a complete chain.
