When we bought this house back in 2018, the interior hadn t really been changed since it was built in 1993. We were drawn to the potential we could see in the large downstairs living spaces, and enjoyed the privacy the position of the property gave us.
We have spent time updating and modernising every room to get the most out of the space, and it has been a pleasure turning the house into our home.
The location has been great for our commutes, and a perfect, quiet area with lovely walks and amenities once we started a family. We will miss living in Munday Court, but we hope it brings the same joy to new owners as we move on to our next challenge.

The property is located at the bottom of a cul de sac in the popular Temple Park Development in Binfield. The development has great access to Kings Academy School, the new GP surgery and green space like Temple Copse and Jocks Lane Recreational Ground. It is also a short distance away from both Binfield village and Bracknell Town Centre.

This house ticks a lot of boxes for me. From the outside, having the garage and driveway right at your doorstep is incredibly convenient. The fact that the garage has power is a great bonus. I d be excited to see if someone transforms it into an office or gym, subject to planning and building consents.
Inside, the property is in excellent condition throughout. The downstairs space is a generous size and I love how the owners have adapted the conservatory into a room that works all year round by adding an insulated roof.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are all a good size and highly functional. The bathroom has been refitted, and the main bedroom, which is dual aspect, benefits from lots of natural light.
