You meet the Qualifying Criteria if you are a First Time Buyer who is in housing need and are unable to buy a home suitable for your housing needs on the open market in the Council s administrative area.

Additional Local Criteria set until June

The First Homes will initially be offered exclusively to those who also have a Local Connection to the Town, defined below. This exclusivity period ends in June, after which you are only required to meet the Qualifying Criteria outlined above.

You are considered to have a local connection to the town of Moreton in Marsh if you are someone who

has been continuously resident within Moreton in Marsh or an adjoining parish, or the Cotswold District for the last five years
has been permanently resident within Moreton in Marsh or an adjoining parish, or the Cotswold District for 5 years or more, within the previous 20 years
